HOW IT WORKS

A structured operating process without unnecessary complexity.

CaseScale is designed around the firm's active pre-litigation inventory.

The firm establishes the legal and operating expectations.

CaseScale performs the agreed recurring work.

A DEFINED PATH TO LAUNCH

Start with a defined inventory. Expand when it works.

You do not need to transition every active file on the first day. Begin with a practical group of matters and establish the working relationship before expanding.

  1. 01

    Initial review

CaseScale reviews the firm's current workflows, file stages, templates, communication standards, responsibilities, reporting expectations, and attorney-involvement requirements.

  2. 02

    Implementation

CaseScale establishes the agreed operating structure, procedures, working standards, responsibilities, reporting expectations, and file-transition plan. The one-time implementation fee is $2,000.

  3. 03

    File transition

The firm can begin with newly signed matters, existing active files, or another defined group. CaseScale reviews that inventory, identifies missing operational information, and transitions the files into the agreed workflow.

  4. 04

    Ongoing operations

CaseScale performs the agreed recurring pre-litigation work, documents completed activity, maintains follow-up, organizes supporting materials, and keeps current status and pending responsibilities visible to the firm.

  5. 05

    Attorney responsibility

The firm establishes the legal and operating expectations. Its attorneys retain legal strategy, legal judgment, representation, final demand approval, professional obligations, and the attorney-client relationship.

  6. 06

    Expansion

After the operating model has been proven, the firm can expand the active inventory without needing to transition every file on the first day.
